Cashier

As a cashier in Robinsons, I often multitasked between cashiering duties and assisting customers on the selling floor. Over there, I recommended and educated customers on products. I also became more familiar about the paper work and responsibility of a cashier.

WHAT I DID

  • Multitasked between cashiering duties and promoting new items at the counter.

  • Recommended products to confused customers and helped clarify any doubts they had.

  • Promoted upcoming sales and promotions during checkouts

  • Attended to negative and positive feedback while resolving any potential conflicts.
