NTUC Senior Activity Centre is a centre that allow seniors around the neighbourhood to befriend one another and engage in social activities.

During my internship, I was exposed to multiple seniors around the blocks and learnt about the communal, familial and societal issues they experience. By coordinating food donations and deliveries to their homes, I also learn more about their living conditions and directly interacted and assisted them.
​
Being younger, I attended to seniors who are experiencing technical difficulties with their phones by educating and listening to their struggles, and catering as much as possible. I was also tasked with facilitating and leading the exercise programmes every morning and preparing for other engagement programmes.
Within the centre, I organised and logged administrative work such as clients' information, attendance, events, and programmes.
